Melon, Raspberry, & Macadamia Smoothie

Macadamia-Smoothie
Ingredients:

  • Half a melon (honeydew/cantaloupe) peeled & seeded
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Nutcellars macadamia nut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 250mls water
  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  • Mint sprigs to serve

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, decorated with mint.
