Ingredients:
- 50g toasted macadamia nuts
- Red cabbage
- Carrots
- Dates
- Apple
- Mayonnaise
- Lemon
Method:
Slice the cabbage, grate the carrots and apple, slice the dates and throw in a handful of macadamia nuts. Blend in a quantity of mayonnaise to suit, and a squeeze of lemon.
