Ingredients:
- Half a melon (honeydew/cantaloupe) peeled & seeded
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Nutcellars macadamia nut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 250mls water
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- Mint sprigs to serve
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, decorated with mint.
