Description

One of our favourite collabs we've ever done - Macadamia Tamarind Satay, a genius creation by our good friend Badgers Chilli Kitchen. 

Where traditional peanut satay is great with chicken, this also goes down a treat with duck, prawns, or tofu - and even roast veggies!

Use it like a marinade or thicken with coconut milk or yoghurt. Any way you go, you’re sure for a quality dish with this one.

Sourced from Malawi, working with both established commercial producers and the HIMACUL co-operative union. Nutcellars is committed to increasing the number of smallholder farmers trading through HIMACUL, with the aim of expanding Fairtrade certified supply over time.

Through our partnership with Neno Macadamia Trust, we support initiatives that strengthen smallholder livelihoods and long-term resilience in Malawi.
