Ingredients:
- 1x cup black olives
- 1x cup cherry tomatoes (quartered)
- ½ cup of macadamia nuts
- ½ lettuce
- ½ yellow capsicum pepper (chopped)
- ¼ block of feta
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper
Method:
Toss all ingredients together before dressing with a simple blend of olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
Season with salt and vinegar to taste.
